In this lesson, Chelsea Tanner talks about the importance of air speed, how the amount of air affects our range, and the fundamental principles you need to know in order to achieve your most resonant sound in all octaves of the flute.

Dynamics

In this lesson, Chelsea Tanner talks about how to play loud and soft in the extreme high and low octaves of the flute. She offers ways to troubleshoot and things to check for in case your high or low notes aren’t coming out in the dynamic you’re intending.
