I. Larghetto

II. Allegro

III. Siciliana
In this lesson, we have the beautiful Siciliana movement. Guided by Ransom Wilson, we are given the tools to interpret this movement, adding appropriate ornamentation and dynamics.
IV. Giga/Allegro
In this lesson, Ransom Wilson offers his take on articulation, note-length, and dynamic shaping as we end this piece with a jig.
Ransom Wilson is a world-renowned flute soloist and conductor known for his solo recordings and his former role as Professor of Flute at Yale University for 31 years. He is now the Music Director of the Redlands Symphony as well as the Professor of Orchestral Studies at the University of Alabama.
